USHBC is thrilled to announce the launch of its 2020 Blueberry Product Spotlight Program! Celebrating blueberry innovation around the world, the program will award three new innovative products that showcase blueberries at their best – elevating their benefits and versatility and cultivating connection across the industry and the globe.
To kick off the program, USHBC has selected five product nominees from around the world, based on prominent usage of blueberries in their product and Mintel’s product innovation data, as well as consumer and industry trend research.

Blueberry Sparkling Kefir Drink (Malaysia)
Product Description: A probiotic-rich, plant-based beverage that delivers many healthful benefits to the gut. This drink is lightly fermented with kefir grains that feature a combination of yeast and bacteria and is said to be bursting with natural flavors.
