This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) on the website (“Site”) ushbc.blueberry.org.

Personal Identification
Information

When you visit ushbc.blueberry.org we collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways. This includes information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Membership Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
